Psychotherapy

I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and counsellor. I am also a registered member of the BACP.

I have over twenty years experience as a therapist. I began as a volunteer in 1996 and started my private practice in 1998. My private practices are now run from Windsor, Berkshire and Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire. During these decades and in parallel with running my private practices, I have a decades expereince of being a Practice Counsellor in the NHS at  Iver GP surgery. Here GP's referred clients to me to work with  on a short term basis. Clients presented with a wide range of issues from low mood and anxiety issues to relationship difficulties.  I was also a Bereavement, Loss and Trauma Counsellor in the Women and Children's Services and Critial Care Department in Wexham Park Hospital for nine years. Here I worked short to medium term, with individuals and couples with issues ranging from parents who had lost pregnancies, babies or children; to working with individuals who had recovered in ITU from traumatic and life threatening experiences or illnesses.
